Volkswagen India Today announced the launch of Sport editions of its popular line-up Polo, Ameo and Vento. In the Volkswagen India has launched lot of limited and special edition of its popular models including Polo, Vento and Ameo. This time, Volkswagen India has introduced special editions of its popular models – Polo, Vento and Ameo naming it as the Sport editions.
Volkswagen Polo, Vento, Ameo Sport Edition – What’s new?
The newly introduced sport edition models get a few cosmetic enhancements over standard ones. Interestingly the Polo, Vento and Ameo Sport edition will be available at no extra cost to the customers.
Both Volkswagen Polo and Ameo models share the 1.0-litre MPI petrol engine. The VW Vento comes with a 1.6-litre MPI petrol engine for the manual trims and a 1.2-litre TSI petrol motor for the automatic ones. Talking about the diesel options, all three models share the same 1.5-litre TDI engine with the Ameo and Vento featuring a slightly more powerful tune than the Polo. Again, the Ameo and Vento are the only ones to offer an automatic gearbox with the 1.5-litre diesel engine unit.

The Vento 2018 Sport Edition is priced at Rs 10.70 Lakhs
