Volkswagen steps up its after-sales presence in Kolkata
Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer, today inaugurated its new, state-of-the-art service centre in Kolkata, further strengthening its after-sales service presence in the city.
Set up by OSL Exclusive Pvt. Ltd. and spearheaded by Mr. Charchit Mishra, Dealer Principal, Volkswagen Kolkata new service centre hosts 26- service bays and is situated at 36A Topsia Road (G J Khan Road) Kolkata – 700039. The new facility is fully equipped with state-of-the art accidental repair, paint & body shop.
To further enhance customer experience, OSL service centre is equipped with unique express service facility from Volkswagen.
With the recent launch of made-for-India and made-in-India carline Ameo, Volkswagen reiterates its commitment to the Indian market and is aiming to further enhance its strong position in the region with delightful customer experience.
