Luxury motorcycle brand Ducati today announced the launch of “Ducati Protect,” its first-ever Periodic Maintenance Contract (PMC) in India. This new service initiative is designed to provide Ducati owners with a comprehensive maintenance coverage for their motorcycles at an accessible cost, for a smooth after sales journey with the brand.

“Ducati Protect” is right now available for two of Ducati’s most popular models in India: The Monster and the Multistrada V4 range, including its V4, V4 S, Pikes Peak, and Rally variants. The package comes in two variants to cater to different needs: Ducati Protect (+), which offers coverage for 2 years or 15,000 kilometers, and Ducati Protect (Pro), which extends the coverage to 4 years or 30,000 kilometers.

Both variants cover genuine Ducati parts and labour by Ducati-certified technicians, ensuring factory-quality servicing throughout the contract period at every authorized Ducati dealership in the country. The Ducati network in India consists of Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, New Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Kolkata.

Key benefits of Ducati Protect include:

  • Cost savings by locking in current prices
  • Enhanced resale value with official service records
  • World Class level of servicing at authorized Ducati workshops
  • Complete peace of mind for passionate riders

Commenting on the launch, Bipul Chandra, Managing Director, Ducati India, said,

“We are thrilled to launch Ducati Protect, a service initiative that embodies our commitment to provide exceptional care and peace of mind to our clients. With this new offering, we aim to enhance the after-sales ownership experience and ensure that our clients enjoy their Ducati motorcycles to the fullest without worrying about the service cost.”

This package includes spare parts and labor for all periodic (scheduled) maintenance, ensuring the peak condition of every Ducati motorcycle covered under this contract. The package is activated on the date of warranty activation of the bike and is transferable if the bike is sold to another owner. It is important to note that consumables like brake pads, clutch plates, tyres etc. are not included in the package. For more details on the package, clients can reach out to their nearest dealership for more details.
