Ducati opens new dealership in Bangalore
Ducati is a well-known name in the motoring industry. The company is now in an initiative to expand its presence across India by opening new dealership. Ducati India is now inaugurating its new showroom and service centre in Bangalore – strengthening its presence in South India. The all new Ducati outlet is operated by VST Motors which is a very well-known and established brand name in South India’s automotive dealership sector.
The new Ducati showroom is located in the upscale UB City mall on Vittal Mallya Road of Bangalore. The new Ducati showroom in Bangalore will showcase the Italian sportsbike maker’s entire range of motorcycles including the all new Monster 821, Hypermotard, Hyperstrada, Diavel and the Panigale range – 1200, 1200S and R.
Sometime back, Ducati made an announcement that the bookings for Scrambler Urban Enduro and deliveries of Multistrada 1200/1200S have commenced in India. Ducati’s Scrambler Urban Enduro is priced at INR 7.90 lakhs where as the Ducati adventure tourer starts at INR 14.60 lacs (ex-showroom, Bangalore).
During the occasion of inauguration, Ducati India also made an announcement that it would continue to expand its presence in India by opening more outlets in major metro cities throughout the year 2016. As of now, Ducati has several outlets which are located in Delhi, Mumbai and Gurgaon along with the Bangalore dealership.
It is also important to note that the sports bike market in India is filled with activity as more and more top global marques are inching to grow their presence in India. In the other news, fellow Italian automaker Piaggio established a multi-brand premium 2-wheeler outlet in Pune naming it as “Motoplex“. The Ducati store sells Vespa, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi products as well.
