Hyundai Eon Sports Edition Launched at INR 3.88 Lakhs
India’s 2nd largest car maker and exporter, Hyundai has launched the Eon Sports Edition in India. The all new Hyundai Eon sports edition is priced between INR 3,88,410 to INR 4,18,118 (ex-showroom, Delhi). As we know, Hyundai Eon is an entry level car from Hyundai and is based on 800 cc engine. The newly launched Hyundai Eon Sports Edition is offered in 2 grades currently – Era Plus and Magna Plus.
This limited edition Hyundai Eon gets few cosmetic upgrades which is aimed at enhancing the visual appeal of the car and in the interiors, a touchscreen infotainment system has also been added.
One of the best-selling and popular entry level hatchbacks – the Renault Kwid has an option of touchscreen infotainment system. By introducing the infotainment system option, Hyundai EON Sports Edition is a good deal for a customer who is planning to buy a car in the hatchback segment with premium features.

By introducing new features and providing options like infotainment system – Hyundai India is expecting boost in sales of EON.
The all new Hyundai Eon Sports Edition models is priced INR 10,000 – INR 16,000 more than that of standard Eon models. Hyundai Eon Sports Edition is offered in two different color options – Solid and Metallic.
Only the exterior and interior of Hyundai Eon has received visual updates and new feature, the powertrain of the car remains the same. Under the hood, Hyundai Eon is powered by 800cc engine and is capable of churning out maximum power of 56 PS. The engine of Hyundai Eon is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox and delivers 21.1 kmpl of fuel efficiency.
