Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Vibe Edition Launched in India: Complete Details

Hyundai India has officially introduced the new Vibe Edition to its popular Grand i10 Nios lineup. This fresh update targets buyers looking for enhanced aesthetic appeal and advanced technology features in the hatchback segment. The new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Vibe Edition arrives with prices starting at Rs. 7.09 lakh (ex-showroom).

Based heavily on the existing Sportz and Sportz (O) variants, the Vibe Edition brings specific feature upgrades for each of these trims. Specifically, the Vibe Edition is offered in two distinct trims: Sportz Vibe and Sportz (O) Vibe.

Exterior and Interior Upgrades

To differentiate the Vibe Edition from the standard models, Hyundai has focused on delivering a sportier visual appeal. Both the Sportz Vibe and Sportz (O) Vibe variants receive black-painted 15-inch alloy wheels. To complement this, Hyundai has also introduced a striking new Titan Grey Matte exterior colour option for the broader Grand i10 Nios lineup.

Moving to the cabin, the sportier aesthetic continues seamlessly. Both Vibe Edition variants feature a black-themed interior, which is further accentuated with dynamic red inserts.

Segment-First Technology and Features

Hyundai has significantly upgraded the equipment list to offer a more premium in-cabin experience. Additional highlights standard on the Vibe Edition include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, projector headlamps, and a touchscreen infotainment system equipped with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility.

One of the standout technological additions is a segment-first dash camera. This new dashcam supports multiple recording modes, including driving, event, vacation, and on-demand video. Furthermore, it includes a photo capture functionality, enhancing both safety and convenience for owners. Notably, Hyundai has extended this dashcam feature to the higher-spec Asta variant as well.

For buyers opting for the Sportz (O) Vibe variant, the feature list expands further to include a smart key with push-button start and cruise control. Other standard safety and convenience equipment across the Vibe Edition includes automatic climate control, rear AC vents, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and six airbags.

Powertrain Options

Under the hood, the mechanical specifications remain unchanged. In terms of powertrain options, the Vibe Edition continues to draw power from the reliable 1.2-litre petrol engine. Buyers have the flexibility to choose between a five-speed manual transmission or an AMT gearbox.

It is important to note for those seeking alternative fuel options that the CNG alternative is available only on the hatchback’s standard trims and is not offered with the Vibe Edition.

Variant-Wise Pricing Details

The pricing for the new edition is competitive, ensuring the Grand i10 Nios remains a strong contender in the market. The variant-wise ex-showroom pricing for the Grand i10 Nios Vibe Edition is structured as follows:

  • Sportz Vibe MT: Rs. 7.09 lakh
  • Sportz Vibe AMT: Rs. 7.61 lakh
  • Sportz (O) Vibe AMT: Rs. 7.73 lakh

Additionally, for buyers interested in the top-tier Asta variant, it is priced at Rs. 7.50 lakh for the manual transmission and Rs. 8.02 lakh for the AMT version (all prices are ex-showroom).
