Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced a landmark achievement in its commitment to customer satisfaction with the setting up of its 5,000th ARENA Service touchpoint in India. The milestone facility, inaugurated with the support of its dealer partner, is located in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

The inauguration was attended by Maruti Suzuki officials, including Mr. Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer, Service, and Mr. Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive Vice President, Service. This expansion reinforces the company’s commitment to providing a hassle-free and delightful car ownership experience to customers nationwide.

Service Network Dominance and Accessibility

Maruti Suzuki has established the automotive industry’s most robust service network, prioritizing proximity, affordability, and reliable care for its vast customer base.

  • Total Network Size: With the addition of the new touchpoint, Maruti Suzuki’s entire service network now increases to over 5,640 service touchpoints , covering 2,818 cities across India.
  • Diverse Formats: This extensive network includes a diverse mix of formats, such as ARENA and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), Rural workshops, Service-on-Wheels, and Maruti Suzuki Authorized Service Stations.
  • Regional Strength: In Tamil Nadu alone, where the milestone workshop is located, the company has over 400 authorized Maruti Suzuki service touchpoints.

  • Future Expansion Plan: The company is committed to continuously expanding its network. After opening 460 service touchpoints in FY 2024-25 under the ARENA and NEXA channels, Maruti Suzuki plans to add a total of 500 service workshops to its network in FY 2025-26.

  • Service Capacity: The extensive network has the capability to service more than 30 million customer vehicles in a year.

  • Current Performance: During the first half of the current fiscal year (April–September 2025), the Company has already serviced over 14 million vehicles across the country.
