Maruti Suzuki Swift AMT to be launched in November
Maruti Suzuki, popular Indian automaker is expected to launch AMT version of Maruti Suzuki Swift by November. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) is India’s largest selling car manufacturer who has been pretty successful with the launch of Celerio AMT version. Maruti Celerio was the first in the game to introduce Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) to Indian car market.
The company has recently launched the refreshed Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 with an AMT option. Some trusted sources have confirmed that the automobile giant plans to bring its AMT variants to its insanely popular Maruti Swift! Maruti Suzuki has sold more than 13 lakh units of Swift since its launch. The all new Maruti Swift AMT launch could happen at the end of this year(2015).
