Kia India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kia Corporation, has rolled out the ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ offer for the new buyers of its extravagant MPV – Carnival, across India. Under this industry-first initiative, private owners of the luxurious car can return the vehicle if they are not pleased with the car within the first 30 days of its purchase. The company has introduced this one-of-a-kind initiative, which allows buyers to avail this new offer valid on all variants of the Carnival. It will cover 95% of the ex-showroom cost and overhead cost incurred for the registration and finances, etc. of the vehicle.

Eligible customers need to ensure that the vehicle has clocked not more than 1,500 kilometers from the purchase date and is completely free of damages, failures, pending claims, to be able to return the car. Additionally, the owner’s agreement for the transfer of vehicle including all documentation & charges etc. in the name of a person will be obligatory. It will also be imperative that the vehicle is free from any HP and the NOC should be submitted from the financer’s end.

Speaking on the industry-first initiative, Mr. Tae-Jin Park, Executive Director & CSBO, Kia India, said,

“Last month, we introduced our new brand purpose of inspiring consumers through products and services, and their experiences with the brand. The ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times. The growing popularity of our class-leading MPV has been extremely encouraging for us and this initiative aims to enhance customer belief in Kia Carnival even further.”

Introduced at the Auto Expo 2020, Kia set new standards in the Indian automobile industry by creating a brand-new segment with the Carnival. While the MPV segment has been gaining popularity over the last decade, the Carnival, in just a year’s time, has witnessed tremendous success with sales of over 6,200 units. The extravagant Kia Carnival is a perfect blend of style and practicality, offering best-in-class safety, comfort and refinement for occupants. Offered in three exuberant trims – Premium, Prestige and Limousine with multiple seating configurations of 7, 8 and 9, the Carnival offers a never-before combination of sheer extravagance and amazing performance. The Limousine Variant has been a customer favorite since its introduction, contributing 60% to the overall Carnival sales. Aimed at the young-at-heart aspiring audience, the interiors of the Carnival are inspired by first-class air travel cabins with their elegant individual seats, superior ambience, interior appointments, and multiple seating configurations. Despite its generous dimensions, the Carnival is practical and extremely easy to maneuver on Indian roads.

Being India’s youngest automobile disruptor, Kia India has set an example of many firsts in the automobile industry and has achieved several milestones in a very short period. As the first in the industry to launch the ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for its customers, Kia has yet again set an example of its unmatched customer-centric approach. Kia has emerged as a household name in India with advanced technology and bold design offerings and is constantly innovating to match the ever-changing needs of the new-age customers with a focus on revolutionizing customer experience.
