Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) today announced its record monthly wholesale performance for July 2026 while marking another important milestone in its growth journey, with customer deliveries of the all-new Nissan TEKTON now underway across India.
Following its successful World Premiere on 9 July 2026, customer deliveries of the all-new Nissan TEKTON commenced nationwide on 20 July 2026. The addition of TEKTON further strengthens Nissan’s SUV portfolio alongside the Nissan Magnite and Nissan Gravite, supporting the company’s efforts to expand its presence in India through a broader product offering and an enhanced customer experience.
For the month of July 2026, Nissan Motor India recorded:
Domestic wholesales: 4,518 units
Export wholesales: 4,821 units
Total wholesales: 9,339 units
Commenting on the milestone,Mr. Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd., said,
“The 218% year-on-year growth in domestic wholesales in July is a strong reflection of the momentum Nissan is building in India, and the confidence customers continue to place in our brand. The commencement of customer deliveries for the all-new Nissan TEKTON is another significant milestone, further strengthening our SUV portfolio and marking an important step in Nissan’s growth journey.”

The commencement of TEKTON deliveries follows an extensive product introduction programme, including its global World Premiere and a record-setting experience drive recognized by the India Book of Records. A convoy of 60 Nissan TEKTON SUVs travelled from Chandigarh to Leh crossing the 16,703-foot-high Shinku La through the Zanskar region to set the record for the “Largest Convoy of Single-Model 4-Wheeler to Reach Leh.” The drive demonstrated the SUV’s durability, reliability, off-road capability and engineering excellence, while reinforcing Nissan’s long-standing expertise in developing SUVs for global markets.
