Ola Electric Reports Business Turnaround in December 2025 Driven by Service Overhaul
Ola Electric has announced a significant recovery in its business operations for December 2025. Following the implementation of “Hyperservice,” a comprehensive service transformation program, the company has seen a measurable uptick in market share and customer demand.
Market Share and Sales Surge
According to VAHAN data, Ola Electric registered 9,020 units in December 2025. This performance led to a month-on-month market share increase to 9.3%, up from 7.2% in November. Notably, the company’s market share in the second half of December climbed to nearly 12%.
This growth has allowed Ola Electric to reclaim its position among the top three electric vehicle (EV) players in nearly a dozen Indian states, including Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, and Haryana. The momentum was particularly strong in Southern India, where the company gained 2.5 percentage points in market share, led by a 4 percentage point gain in Bengaluru alone.

The Hyperservice Transformation
To address previous service bottlenecks, Ola Electric launched the Hyperservice program to strengthen its service infrastructure. Key achievements of this initiative in December include:
- Resolution Speed: 77% of service requests were completed on the same day.
- Task Force Deployment: A 250-member rapid-response team was sent to high-backlog regions to clear legacy issues.
- Workforce Expansion: The company is adding over 1,000 technicians to its service workforce.
- Spare Parts Availability: Improvements in the supply chain have reduced vehicle downtime.
- Direct-to-Consumer Parts: A new platform for genuine parts has logged over 8,000 orders since October 2025.
Product and Technology Milestones
Ola Electric is also advancing its technology roadmap with the integration of in-house battery cells:
- S1 Pro+ Deliveries: Deliveries of the S1 Pro+ (5.2 kWh), powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell, commenced in November 2025.
- Roadster X+ Certification: The company received government certification for the 4680 Bharat Cell-powered Roadster X+ motorcycle in December.
- Energy Business: Deliveries for Ola Shakti, the company’s Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), are expected to begin in the coming months.
Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that the Hyperservice program is a structural focus designed to ensure sustained growth and improved customer experience.
