2017 New TVS Scooty to be unveiled soon
One of the country’s popular two wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company will be launching a brand new Scooty in India soon. A welcome banner with the headline “New Scooty COMING Soon” can be found in the TVS Scooty official website. The rear body end of the teased Scooty looks similar to that of TVS Scooty Zest 110.
Earlier TVS updated the existing Scooty Zest to meet the BS4 emission norms along with the mandatory AHO feature ( Automatic Headlight On). We also saw huge discounts offered by two wheeler manufacturers because of Supreme Court’s ruling to ban registration of 2 wheelers powered by BS3 engine.
The micro website tvsscooty.com now splashes a full banner of a new upcoming scooty by TVS. The teased scooter by TVS Motor Company could likely be a limited edition of Scooty Zest 110 with exclusive color option or it could be an entirely new brand under the scooty series.
Talking about the updated BS4 TVS Scooty Zest 110, the scooter gets features like backlit speedometer, LED taillamp, textured floorboard, stainless steel muffler guard and an optional dual seat colour. The Scooty Zest 110 will also feature USB charging, 19-litre under seat storage as standard.
The Zest 110 is powered by 109.7 cc 4-stroke which can churn out 8.02 PS of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 8.7 Nm of maximum torque at 5500 rpm. Zest 100 gets 5 litre fuel tank and claims a mileage of 61 Kmpl.
We will have to wait to know more details about the teased upcoming TVS Scooty.
