Mahindra Mojo Specifications leaked
Ahead of Mojo’s official launch, the Mahindra dealers have started deliveries of Mojo which is expected to happen at the end of this month. AutoCarIndia, after having talked to few dealers, have got the technical specification details of the Mojo bike.
Mahindra Mojo uses a 292cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine that is capable of churning out a maximum power of 27bhp and delivers a peak torque of 3kgm. The bike is also mated to a 6-speed manual transmission gearbox.
The Mojo bike would be equipped with whooping 21-litre fuel tank and gets 17-inch Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres, with braking duties carried out by the 320mm disc brakes up front, and 240mm discs for the rear. The motorcycle is going to get a one-into-two dual exhaust system.
The all new Mojo would be using upside down front forks, and a swingarm-mounted monoshock at the rear. Also, the handlebar and centre-set footrest placement offers an upright riding stance.
The upcoming two wheeler, Mahindra Mojo gets lap-timer on bike’s instrument console. Apart from that, the onboard circuit limits the engine to 5,000rpm to prevent the bike heating up. According to reports from the dealers contacted, Mahindra has claimed a top speed of 165kph, and is expected to provide a mileage of 35 Kms per litre on highways and 30 Kilometer per litre under city riding conditions.
