All the cars – viz Renault Kwid 1L, Tata Tiago, Hyundai Eon and Alto K10 gets a 3 cylinder petrol engine. Renault Kwid 1L, Alto K10 and Hyundai Eon Kappa are powered by 1 litre petrol. The recently launched Tata Tiago gets a much powerful 1.2 litre engine. While all the cars deliver around 68 PS of power, Tata Tiago delivers 85 PS of power.

All of cars which we are being compared gets a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox. A variant of Maruti Alto K10 additionally offers 5 speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) or Auto Gear Shift (AGS).
